Delete your account
You can request deletion of your OchaBox account and tasting data at any time.
1) Send a deletion request
Email us with the subject line “Account Deletion” from the email tied to your OchaBox account.
2) We confirm the request
We may ask you to confirm ownership to protect your data.
3) Deletion is processed
We delete your account data and associated photos, with backups cleared within a limited retention window.
If you signed in with a different email, please mention that address.
